ACCOMMODATION Ground floor The main front door opens into a large welcoming entrance hall. Small comfortable living room with wonderful and very large working fireplace.  Very spacious open-plan living and dining room with fireplace and seating for up to twelve. The fully equipped kitchen, which forms part of the living and dining room, has a doubleoven, industrial stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine etc  Guest bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Laundry room with washer, dryer and extra fridge/freezer.   

First floor Very spacious Master bedroom with 180cm bed [or twins] and en-suite double bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, bidet and WC.  Double bedroom with 180cm bed [or twins] and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, bidet and WC.  Double bedroom with 180cm bed [or twins] and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC.  Guest wing, with separate entrance or accessed from inside the property, which comprises of a small kitchen, living room, double bedroom with 180cm bed [or twins] and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The living room does have a sofa bed (180cm) which can sleep two.  

Staff 6 hours of weekly cleaning payable locally at €15 an hour. Extra hours on request.
