Ground Floor:   
One enters the property into a large open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining room with, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and large cooker. To the rear of the kitchen there is a small storage room that houses a washing machine and dryer. The living room adjoins the kitchen/dining room with features that include comfortable sofas and chairs and an unusual modern fire. There is a TV and DVD player.   

First Floor:  
Upstairs there are three bedrooms all of which have en-suite bathrooms. The first, which would be ideal for children, has two single beds and the bathroom has a shower and basin. The second bedroom has a French bed and the bathroom has a shower, basin. There is a separate W.C. The Master bedroom, with high ceilings, has a small balcony, and the bathroom has a bath, shower, two basins and separate W.C.
