The cusine at Sorbyn Lodge is of specific note, the restaurant Kallkallan (meaning The Spring) constantly strives to develop locally inspired recipies. Kallkallan's ingredients are mainly organic and produced from the surrounding area and farmland. Guests at Sorbyn can take full advantage of the prestine rural location and on-site facilities. The wood-fired, traditional Swedish sauna on the shore of the lake is a must-do experienence for any visitor to the lodge, those brave enough can take an arctic bath in the lake before returning to the sauna.
