Son Brull


Son Brull can be desbribed as an authentic, traditional hotel, with rich heritage of the local Mallorcan culture. The family run Son Brull has been lovingly restored to become what is now one of Mallorca's top boutique hotels. The management team clearly have a huge amount of respect for the property's fascinating history, which has ensured guests enjoy the timeless character that remains to this day. 

Son Bull Hotel & Spa offers the best of Mallorca at both it's most traditional and most modern, the hotel is forward thinking yet protective of its rich historical and cultural importance. Son Brull's main building is an eighteenth century Jesuit monastery and many of the orignal features remain. These ancient and impressive features are effortlessly blended into this now hugely successful 5-star, luxury hotel. 

Set in the heart of rural Mallorcan countryside at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, with it's own monastic farm land, Son Brull boasts a convienent location from which to explore the gems of Mallorca. The islands best beaches are only a short drive away, as are the stunning Formentor Peninsula and the picturesque village of Pollensa. 

On-site, guests are able to enjoy the luxury spa, and be pampered with natural products from Mallorca itself.

The Farm

Son Brull are lucky enough to have in access of 40 acres of nature surrounding the Son Brull Hotel & Spa. The hotel is privileged to preserve an olive grove which is more than three centuries old, real living sculptures. 

The farm in Son Brull is completely organic and is certified by the Consell Balear of Ecological Agricultural Production. With the intention to recover the local fruit varieties, Son Brull grows a variety of fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig, almond, etc.) that they are expanding every year. Son Brull loves to share the privilege of tasting the fruit ripened on the tree.

In the organic garden, vegetables grow all season that are delivered to the hotel restaurant 3 \ 65. The artichoke and tomato are by volume and consumption, the most important crops on the farm.

One hectare of vines of the variety of Llebre Ull allows Son Brull to make their own wine Negre Son Brull.

Dinner at Restaurant 3 \ 65 is quite an experience for the senses.

Whether in the cozy dining room with theatrical lighting or candlelight on the terrace overlooking the valley. Together with Rafel Perello, the chef, Restaurnt 3 65 presents a cuisine based on authenticity and simplicity. They have selected the best local and seasonal products, most from their own production, to create a healthy cuisine, tasty and with deep roots.

At lunchtime, or a bite in the afternoon, Son Brull propose a fresh and varied menu to enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere under the shade in Summer or by the fireplace in Winter.

Traditional dishes like bread with tomato and olive oil.
Fresh fish from the Bay of Pollensa or our classic Club ecological Sandwich.

By Air

Arrive at Palma de Mallorca International Airport. From here it is possible to take a helicopter transfer to Son Brull Hotel should you prefer. 

By Car

Your private transfer will collect you from Palma de Mallorca International Airport and take you on the 40 minute journey to Son Brull. 

(Helicopter transfers and scenic flights are available to and from Son Brull).
