The restaurant at Smiddy House is called Russell’s and has been awarded 2 AA rosettes for 10 consecutive years. Smiddy House sources local Scottish produce including scallops from the Isle of Mull, Arisaig prawns and salmon from Wester-Ross. These excliting dishes concentrate on flavour and texture without being complicated.
