Delicious cooked and continental breakfasts, light lunches and snacks and fine dinners are served in the light and airy dining area alongside an adjoining comfortable lounge. Guests also have the option to dine outside within the gardens, al fresco areas are dotted around the charming gardens. Room service is available should you prefer.

Location

Athol Place Villal is located in the suburb of Atholl, next to the famous district of Sandton in Johannesburg. Sandton is famous for being one of the best shopping areas to be found in Africa, and with the restaurant lined Nelson Mandela Square you will not be short of options on your doorstep. Due to the location of Atholl, airport transfers are available directly from Athol Place Boutique Hotel at an extra charge should you needt these.

Climate

The climate in the Johannesburg area benefits from hot summers (September to April) and long cool, yet reliably dry Winters (May to August). Summer: 25˚C (77˚F) to 40˚C (104˚F) and Winters: 3˚C (38˚F) – 23˚C (73˚F).

By Road

Due to the conveinent location in the Atholl suburb close to Sandton, Athol Place Boutique Hotel is only a short 30 minute private airport transfer away from ORTambo International Airport (JNB).

These can be arranged at an extra charge by Athol Place Boutique Hotel if not already pre-arranged within your Sandgrouse Travel itinerary.
