With several pedestrian footpaths starting from the house, it is a perfect location for walkers, and also for golfers, being close to golf courses at Mouries and Les Baux.
Access is via a tree-lined driveway and an electronic security gate into the grounds of the property. The garden is filled with pine and olive trees, fruit trees, and rock gardens, as well as a swimming pool (15 x 5m), with step access. There is also a boules court and four bicycles.
